|Ingrediants: Ragi, Udad Dal, Rice, Moong, Poha, Fenugreek, Jeera, Turmeric, Asafoetida.
Directions for use:
1. Add one measure of dosa mx to one measure of water and half measure of curd or one and half measure of water to form a smooth batter. Keep it for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt to taste, finely chopped onion and corriander leaves.
3. Serve hot with coconut/ groundnut chutney( one pack can serve 8-10 dosas.
4. grease the preheated tawa with half a spoon of pure ghee or oil. Pour and spread the batter. Roast bothn the sides on a low flame.
